1. Perishable Products

All Ludus products, including flowers and chocolates, are considered perishable items.
For this reason, all sales are final once the order has been delivered.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect selection by the customer
Delays caused by incorrect delivery details

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist you promptly, we may request:

Clear photos of the product
Order details

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

Replacement of the product
Store credit
Partial or full refund (if applicable)

3. Product Variations

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and handcrafted items:

Colors, shapes, and arrangement styles may vary slightly
Substitutions of equal or higher value may occur if certain items are unavailable

These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.

Ludus is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:

Recipient unavailability
Unreachable contact numbers

If delivery must be rescheduled or redirected, additional charges may apply.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if requested before preparation or dispatch.

Once the order has been processed or prepared, cancellations are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of the products.

6. Non-Returnable Items
